Warranty Statement

Allflight is committed to providing high-quality repair services to our customers. We take pride in our workmanship and the materials we use in the repair process. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer the following warranty terms.

All units repaired or overhauled by Allflight will be covered under this warranty policy from the date of the 8130 for the period of months or hours (whichever occurs first) specified below:

Overhaul Warranty

Allflight offers warranty for all overhaul units, including units previously serviced by non-Allflight repair stations. We guarantee that these units are free from defects in workmanship and materials, and we stand behind the replacement parts used in the overhaul process.

Repairs Warranty

Allflight offers warranty for all repairs conducted by our shop. This warranty covers the repair work and materials used, ensuring they are free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty excludes any previous repairs performed by other service providers.

Inspection Warranty

Allflight offers warranty for all inspections to be conducted with FAA tech data, precision and accuracy, ensuring that all relevant aspects are thoroughly examined. This warranty is limited and excludes any previous repairs performed by other service providers. All Allflight-inspected tags carry a 3-month warranty.

Custom Repair  Warranty

At Allflight, we understand that each repair project may have unique requirements and conditions. To accommodate this, we offer a Limited Custom Warranty that can be specified in the Repair Sales Agreement or provided as a separate Special Warranty Statement tailored to individual projects. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction remains consistent, and the terms of this warranty are adaptable to your specific needs.

Window Rebuild RS DER Special Process Repair Program

Allflight provides a limited warranty for the window rebuild RS DER (Designated Engineering Representative) Special Process Repair Program. This warranty covers the repair and overhaul of windows performed by Allflight Corp to FAA technical data and FAA EASA Approval. The warranty period for window rebuild RS DER Special Process repairs is 36 Months / 360 Hours, commencing from the date of the 8130. This warranty does not cover any incursions, blemishes, or defects in aircraft window transparency resulting from the repair or overhaul process. These incursions are defined as any imperfections, spots, or irregularities in the window transparency that may impact visual clarity but do not compromise the structural integrity of the window. By accepting this warranty, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.

Transferability

Warranties are non-transferable and are applicable only to the original customer who commissioned the repair and or sale except for intercompany sales such as Infinity Air.

Warranty Terms

If a customer has a potential warranty item, they will ship the part to Allflight at the customer’s expense. If a warranty claim is approved:

  • Allflight will perform all repairs free of charge and return the unit to the customer at Allflight’s expense.

  • Allflight will also have the option of providing a free of charge exchange to the customer at its sole discretion.

  • If Allflight is unable to perform the repairs, or if the unit is BER, Allflight will provide a refund up to, and not to exceed, the total charges originally invoiced.

The following conditions will result in immediate denial of a warranty claim:

  • Unit is received disassembled or broken

  • Damage occurred due to improper handling or shipping

  • Unit was sent to another repair station

In-House Inspection Requirement

In order to process warranty claims, the parts subject to warranty must be returned to Allflight's facility for inspection. This inspection is crucial to determine the validity of the warranty claim and to assess the condition of the repaired part.

Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter any issues related to the repair project within the warranty period, please notify your Allflight CSR and promptly provide:

  • Pictures of the part in question.

  • Failure Report or details of the failure or issue.

  • Aircraft tail numbers.

  • Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN).

  • Any other relevant details that may required for Allflight QA to assist in the issue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is for the initial retail owner of the Product (the “End Customer”) and shall not be assigned or transferred without Allflight Crop's ("Allflight") prior written consent. This Warranty Certificate must be completed and returned to Allflight for the warranty to become effective.

 

Allflight warrants that each part listed in this Warranty Certificate (the “Product”) will be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period (see warranty chart) months from the date the Product and aircraft in which it is installed are put into service not to exceed thirty (see warranty chart) months from the date of shipment (“Warranty Period”). In the event Allflight has not received a properly executed Warranty Certificate, then the Warranty Period shall be 12 months from the date of shipment. During the Warranty Period Allflight will correct these defects by repair or replacement at Allflight’s sole option and expense, provided that:

  • Previous maintenance or repair, installation, handling, transportation, storage, operation, and/or use of the Product was performed in compliance with Allflight’s instructions;

  • The Product has not been altered, modified, or repaired other than by Allflight, or a dealer or service and repair center that has been authorized by Allflight;

  • The Product was installed by an aircraft manufacturer, or a dealer or service and repair center that has been authorized by Allflight; and

  • Written notice of the Product defect is given to Allflight, or a dealer or service and repair center that has been authorized by Allflight, within the specified Warranty Period.

 

End Customer shall be solely responsible for the costs associated with removal or reinstallation of the Product, and shipment to the repair facility which are expressly excluded under this Warranty. Allflight will pay for second-day air shipping for the return of the repaired or replaced Product to End Customer.

 

All Products repaired or replaced hereunder shall be warranted in accordance with the terms of this Warranty for the remaining unexpired portion of the Warranty Period, only. In the event the Product is no longer being manufactured by Allflight, Allflight, in its sole discretion, will either substitute a successor product (of the equivalent or improved quality and specification) or refund End Customer Allflight’s standard price of the Product at the time of purchase.

 

Disclaimer: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written or oral, express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement, all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed. No extension or expansion of this warranty shall be binding upon allflight unless set forth in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Allflight.

 

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall allflight be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages under this warranty even if advised of the possibility of such damages including, without limitation, interruption of business, loss of profits, or loss of use. The exclusion of incidental and consequential damages as set forth in this warranty shall be deemed independent of, and shall survive, any failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy under the terms of this warranty. Allflight’s aggregate liability on any claim for loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from this warranty, or from the performance or breach thereof, or from the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, repair or use of any product or service covered by or furnished under this warranty shall in no event exceed allflight’s standard price of the product, at the time of purchase, which gives rise to the claim.

 

This Warranty is intended as the exclusive remedy of End Customer with respect to any claim relating to the Products, whether arising at law or at equity.

 

This Warranty shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Washington without regard to conflicts of law principles. The Parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to the Warranty. All disputes arising under the Warranty shall be brought in Superior Court of the State of Washington. Such courts shall have sole jurisdiction over any disputes under the Warranty, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
