Warranty coverage for non-conforming parts is contingent upon a written request by the Customer and subsequent authorization from Infinity Air.

Factory New: Units accompanied by OEM Certs/Tag will adhere to the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) warranty policy.

New / New Surplus: Units carry a 30-day warranty from the date it was received by the Customer.

Overhauled and Serviceable: Units carry the warranty provided by the FAA 145 Repair Station.

As Removed: Units designated as "As Removed" or “As Is” do not carry a warranty, unless they are explicitly sold as guaranteed repairable. Guaranteed repairable units are covered by a 30-day warranty.
All warranty claims will be returned at the Customers expense unless otherwise specified by Infinity Air:

If the warranty is accepted by the repair station, the repair will be performed free of charge and the Customer will not be liable for any inspection fees or shipping costs when returning the unit.

If the warranty is denied by the repair station, the Customer will be liable for any inspection fees as well as shipping charges accrued when returning the unit back to the Customer.
The following conditions will result in immediate denial of a warranty claim:

Unit is received disassembled or broken

Damage occurred due to improper handling or shipping

Warranty evaluation or work is performed without the permission of Infinity Air, including but not limited to disassemble
Scope of Transfer
The transfer of warranties between Infinity Air and Allflight applies to existing warranties for parts, repairs, and services. It ensures that the warranty coverage remains intact, regardless of whether the original transaction was conducted through Allflight or Infinity Air.
Returns
Returns that fall beyond the coverage limitations of the warranty must be formally solicited in written form and granted approval by Infinity Air:

Requests for returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date the unit was received and are subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the total value of the order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the unit in question is a non conforming part due to the fault of Infinity Air
​Infinity Air reserves the right to inspect the returned unit to ensure the unit is in the condition in which it was delivered to the Customer. Additionally the unit must be appropriately packaged for transport in the same manner as when it was delivered to the Customer.
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is applicable to the initial retail owner of the Product (referred to as the "End Customer") and shall not be assigned or transferred without prior written consent from Infinity Air Group ("Infinity Air"). The Warranty Certificate must be fully completed and returned to Infinity Air for the warranty to become effective.

Infinity Air warrants that each part listed in this Warranty Certificate (the "Product") will be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period listed on the sales order confirmation from the date the Product and the aircraft in which it is installed are put into service, not exceeding thirty 12 months from the date of shipment ("Warranty Period"). If Infinity Air has not received a properly executed Warranty Certificate, the Warranty Period shall be twenty-four 30 days from the date of shipment. During the Warranty Period, Infinity Air will address these defects by repair or replacement at its sole discretion and expense, subject to the following conditions:

Previous maintenance or repair, handling, transportation, etc., must comply with Infinity Air's instructions.

The Product must not be altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Installation must be performed by authorized entities.

Written notice of the defect must be given to Infinity Air within the specified Warranty Period.

The End Customer shall be solely responsible for the costs associated with removal, reinstallation, and shipment of the Product to the repair facility, which are expressly excluded under this Warranty. Infinity Air will cover second-day air shipping for the return of the repaired or replaced Product to the End Customer.

All Products repaired or replaced under this Warranty shall be warranted for the remaining unexpired portion of the Warranty Period only. In the event the Product is no longer manufactured by Infinity Air, the company, at its sole discretion, will either substitute a successor product of equivalent or improved quality and specification or refund the End Customer the standard price of the Product at the time of purchase.
Disclaimer
This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written or oral, express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed. No extension or expansion of this Warranty shall be binding upon Infinity Air unless set forth in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Infinity Air.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Infinity Air be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under this Warranty, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, including, without limitation, interruption of business, loss of profits, or loss of use. The exclusion of incidental and consequential damages shall survive any failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy under the terms of this Warranty. Infinity Air's aggregate liability on any claim for loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from this Warranty, or from the performance or breach thereof, shall not exceed Infinity Air's standard price of the Product at the time of purchase, which gives rise to the claim.
Exclusive Remedy
This Warranty is intended as the exclusive remedy of the End Customer with respect to any claim relating to the Products, whether arising at law or equity.
