Infinity Air Group’s Repairs Manager, Corissa Gold, and Purchasing Manager, Michelle Buschbacher, attended the 2023 Air Carriers Purchasing Conference (ACPC) as a volunteer and attendee, respectively. They joined other aviation enthusiasts, industry leaders, and innovators for a weekend of knowledge-sharing and relationship-building in the heart of New York City.
With the aviation landscape continuously changing, ACPC is a crucial platform to connect with aviation professionals from across the industry. The relationships stemming from these conferences help shape the aviation industry’s future.
Upon returning from the conference, Michelle noted, “ACPC is a great networking forum for new and experienced professionals like myself who’ve been doing this for 20-plus years! It’s important to be able to put names to faces and reconnect with old contacts—it’s essential for a business’ longevity.” Michelle made great use of her time, even connecting with former Infinity Air employees who cultivated their passion for aviation with us and have since truly blossomed in their careers!
For Corissa the highlight of each ACPC (2023 was her 12th year as an attendee and 9th as a volunteer) “is getting to see customers and vendors of many years and meeting so many new ones. But what's even better is that they become our friends. The aviation community is so big yet so small and the ACPC allows us all to come together for our companies, the industry, and ourselves.”
The 2023 theme, "Forging Ahead Together” echoed the essence of the aviation industry, where collaboration is the cornerstone of progress. Everyone at ACPC united and successfully raised $48,241 for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
