2023 PBExpo: The Infinity Air Team Takes Miami

Several Infinity Air, Inc. team members – Amelia Luna, Fernando Heighes, Nicholas Paredes, and Richard Aguera – attended the 2023 PBExpo in Miami, Florida, March 9-10, 2023, to connect with and learn from industry experts. Indeed, there was a diverse representation of the aviation industry.

Unsurprisingly, one of the highlights of the expo was the keynote address by Mr. Tejpaul Bhatia, CRO of Axiom Space, the company selected by NASA to provide the first commercial space station. In his address, Mr. Bhatia emphasized the importance of the aerospace industry's role in the future of space travel. He drew a parallel to the 1973 invention of the mobile phone, noting that, at the time, most people would not have believed anyone claiming we would one day be able to see and connect with people all over the world, travel, purchase anything, have dinner delivered from a small piece of metal and glass. And, yet, here we are—capable of exactly that and so much more. The possibilities for our future in space are countless.

Over the expo’s two days, the Infinity Air team spoke to as many industry representatives as possible without sacrificing the individual attention and respect that defines Infinity Air’s customer relationships. Key takeaways from these conversations included the insight that airlines are contending with high volumes of panels deemed BER (“Beyond Economic Repair”) because of delamination.

Allflight Corporation specializes in transparencies. Our windows repair and rebuild program can bring transparencies that even the OEM (“Original Equipment Manufacturer”) considers BER. With our in-house specialized tooling and equipment, in conjunction with our unique relationship with Infinity Air, Inc., one of the industry’s top asset management and procurement companies, we can alleviate these pain points for our customers.

Overall, the PBExpo was a fantastic learning and networking experience for the team. They came away inspired to deepen their commitment to and knowledge of the aviation industry (Nick Paredes was particularly inspired by Bettina Mrusek of Embry-Riddle University).

Thank you to the event organizers and attendees!
